Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged in mail
I offer exchanges for items damaged during mail delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Items must be returned within 14 days of being delivered.
Item returned due to insufficent address
If customer enters an incomplete or incompatible address that causes the package to be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost after the incorrect address has been corrected.
Lost or stolen packages
Taylor Your Event is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Late packages due to mail carrier
An estimated delivery date is given unless the customer upgrades shipping to priority and a guaranteed date is paid for. The estimated delivery dates aren’t always met due to unforeseeable delays in mail which TaylorYourEvent is not responsible for. Under no circumstances is a refund issued for personalized orders.
